About the job

Join our dynamic team at fs-studio as a Robot Teleoperator, where you will play a key role in supporting an innovative robotics pilot set to launch in March and expand in April. This exciting shift-based position focuses on ensuring continuous robot operation, requiring a commitment to reliability, concentration, and teamwork.

Role Overview

As a teleoperator, you will collaborate with a two-person team for each robot:

  • Observer/Reset Operator: Monitors live video feeds, facilitates scene resets, and assists in workflow management.

  • Team members will rotate roles throughout the shift to maintain efficiency.

Initially, we will staff six robots per full shift, with a structured schedule to prevent any downtime during breaks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate robots using dual-analog controllers, keyboard/mouse interfaces, and multi-monitor setups.

  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

This role requires precision and concentration, akin to high-focus gaming but in a professional operational setting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1–2 years of experience post high school or completion of some college coursework.

  • Proficiency with gaming-style controllers and computer technology.
