Robot Service Supervisor

The Role

As a Robot Service Supervisor, you will lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians in our service repair shop. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the team delivers outstanding service while optimizing operational efficiency. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges impacting service quality, repair efficiency, workstation ergonomics, and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, showcasing the ability to instigate innovative solutions and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of technicians to meet service delivery goals

  • Oversee shop records and inventory management to ensure seamless operations within the service center

  • Act as the process leader for shop activities, refining work standards with input from technicians and diagnostic teams

  • Collaborate with the Service Manager and key stakeholders to set and achieve objectives related to quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness according to customer and business requirements

  • Partner with Diagnostic Engineers to spearhead training and development initiatives for technicians

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the service center's safety protocols among all employees

  • Assist in schedule management and resolution of technical and personnel challenges

  • Conduct regular one-on-one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate professional growth and assess training needs
