Qualifications
RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine daily and weekly objectives, targets, and priorities for the service department. Oversee overall KPI performance and ensure accurate tracking of essential metrics. Develop and implement systems and processes to achieve departmental goals. Drive process enhancements to elevate departmental efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct thorough investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and formulate solutions. Identify priority changes, risks, and resource needs to achieve targets. Manage overall output of repair operations. Facilitate weekly Operations Review meetings. REQUIREMENTSA minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, hardware service, robotics operations, or production leadership. Proven track record in managing cycle time, throughput, or production KPIs. Experience in managing live-floor operations in high-pressure environments. Strong skills in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance workflow. High action bias coupled with sound operational judgment. Effective communicator who fosters accountability within the team. Willingness to engage on the floor daily (this role is not desk-bound).
