Key Responsibilities:
Execute the deployment, powering, and calibration of robots for daily operations.
Monitor robot performance and system health continuously.
Quickly troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and sensor calibrations.
Document operational data, issues, and performance metrics diligently.
Ensure that robots operate safely and adhere to established protocols.
Collaborate closely with engineers to validate solutions and test improvements.
Support multi-robot operations to ensure fleet efficiency.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to enhancing system reliability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Possess a hands-on background in mechanical, electrical, automotive, HVAC, fabrication, or similar fields.
Have a proven track record of operating or maintaining complex equipment in practical settings.
Demonstrate comfort in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
Maintain composure under pressure and excel in rapid problem-solving.
Be adept at utilizing software tools, dashboards, and control interfaces.
