Exciting Opportunity for a Civil Project Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled civil/highway engineer with a proven track record in successful MassDOT projects. Our Boston office specializes in roadway and bridge projects, traffic engineering, water and wastewater services, and public involvement, providing outstanding services to MassDOT and various municipal agencies. This role is crucial for the growth of our Massachusetts operations, requiring a leader who is comfortable managing business development initiatives alongside project execution.

Work Environment

This position features a hybrid work schedule, operating from our Boston office when in the office.

Your Impact
  • Lead and manage transportation projects as Project Manager.
  • Develop and implement project work plans effectively.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring accountability for budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate efforts across all internal disciplines and with external subconsultants.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff members.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the division.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, including MassDOT.
  • Represent Benesch at industry and professional events.
  • Identify opportunities and spearhead strategic project pursuits.
  • Collaborate on regional growth strategies.
  • Potential for leadership advancement.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
