Responsibilities:Conduct on-chip electrical testing for power amplifiers, LNAs, and other RFICs. Prepare the RF test bench for measurements and perform manual on-wafer/on-die probing. Characterize RFIC devices and measure performance metrics. Design RF PCBs for RFIC products and internal applications. Analyze test data and compile characterization reports. Automate RFIC testing through scripting. Validate testing setups by comparing performance against established standards. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RF and mmWave testing and characterization of compound semiconductors or silicon-based integrated circuits. Proficiency in manual on-die probing and test setup configuration, including calibration, measurement automation, and data analysis. Experience with operating and/or programming on-wafer test equipment such as network analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters, and spectrum analyzers. Strong understanding of RF theory and standard testing practices. Willingness to work on-site full-time in Atlanta, GA.
