What You Will Do:Take ownership of the Salesforce architecture from start to finish, ensuring it is scalable, stable, and clear. Lead impactful projects from concept to execution; this role encompasses process design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems that enhance lead-to-revenue processes, including lead routing, quote to cash, and data hygiene. Integrate and optimize go-to-market tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Hubspot) with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow. Work on AI-driven projects, exploring opportunities for automation and providing proactive insights. About You:3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Business Systems Analyst, with deep expertise in Salesforce: data modeling, automation, reporting, and governance. Demonstrated ability to design scalable GTM processes and effectively translate complex business requirements into system solutions. Strong technical proficiency—comfortable working with iPaaS platforms and integrations outside of Salesforce. Able to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Curiosity and practicality regarding AI applications that enhance go-to-market strategies.

About the Role:

Hex Technologies is seeking a talented individual to join our Revenue Systems team, where you will play a key role in designing and implementing the operating framework for our rapidly growing Revenue organization. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for the entire tech stack, ensuring that the systems integral to our business operate smoothly and scale effectively as we expand. You'll serve as the primary technical collaborator for the Revenue organization, engaging in projects that include lead routing, data management, quote to cash processes, and automation.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data to establish a robust CRM infrastructure that promotes growth, enhances seller productivity, and facilitates automation—all while maintaining the integrity of our data.

You will report directly to the Head of Revenue Systems.
