Role overview
The Revenue Operations Manager shapes the data infrastructure that supports Kernel’s go-to-market strategy and internal operations. This is a London-based position.
What you will do
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure Salesforce CRM is reliable and efficient.
- Design automations and workflows to reduce manual work.
- Create and manage business reporting to support decision-making.
- Set up and maintain marketing CRM systems to strengthen outreach and engagement.
- Work daily with Kernel’s platform, gaining firsthand experience with CRM challenges similar to those faced by clients.
- Integrate tools such as Nooks, Unify, and Claude to engineer go-to-market solutions and improve team productivity.
