Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & GTM Tech Stack Management: Administer and refine Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, automation, and process standardization. Manage the GTM tech stack, including DealHub, Gong, Outreach, and Monday.com, ensuring optimal integration and configuration for maximum accuracy and efficiency. Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement enhancements to Tennr’s GTM efficiency, focusing on data tooling, custom workflows, and system integrations. Develop processes to minimize manual efforts, enhance data accuracy and visibility, and accelerate execution across teams. Territory Development and Deployment: Collaborate closely with the GTM Strategy team to design and implement sales territories for Account Executives and SDR teams, focusing on high-value enterprise and mid-market opportunities.

This delay can stretch from days to even months, primarily due to the overwhelming number of referrals and the cumbersome manual processes involved in qualifying them. At Tennr, we streamline this process by ensuring that every referral is delivered promptly, equipped with accurate information. Our advanced system, powered by RaeLM™, intelligently reads, extracts, and processes patient information, enabling healthcare providers to capture more referrals, minimize denials, and significantly reduce delays.

Role Overview

As the inaugural GTM Engineer at Tennr, you will play a pivotal role in constructing and refining the systems that underpin our go-to-market strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, enhance, and expand the tools, data, and automation that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. Collaborating closely with the RevOps team, Sales Leadership, and Marketing, you will ensure that our CRM and associated systems not only collect the right data but also foster optimal behaviors across teams. You will design and implement processes that simplify workflows, ensure seamless data flow across systems, and build automation and visibility that allows Tennr’s revenue teams to operate more efficiently.

This position is ideal for a collaborative individual who thrives on connecting different teams and creating the operational framework that transforms GTM strategies into actionable outcomes.
