Your Role

We are in search of a seasoned Revenue Operations Manager to become a key player in our Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) team. This pivotal position acts as the strategic connector between our operational initiatives and their execution in the region.

While this role serves as the primary operational partner for the APJ region, it transcends mere regional support. You will be an integral member of the Revenue Operations team, managing projects, spearheading system enhancements, and acting as a subject matter expert on organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee APJ territory execution to ensure bookings align with company policies, maintain accuracy, and comply with all requirements. Act as a subject matter expert for complex transactions.
  • Serve as the main execution and escalation partner for the Finance Global Capability Center (FGCC), providing insights on intricate scenarios and ensuring consistent policy application.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and related teams to facilitate complex deal structures and ensure adherence to established processes.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including the preparation, review, and enhancement of reconciliations.
  • Identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement by reviewing operational data and workflows.
  • Develop and analyze business performance reports to accurately reflect operational results, creating dashboards to aid planning and decision-making.
  • Lead and support multiple operational and process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient completion aligned with desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Business Technology and Finance Transformation teams to support system enhancements, including user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
