Your Role:
Business area and team
The Xceptor RevOps Team collaborates with our global Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Enablement teams to manage our CRM and GTM tools. This role emphasizes enforcing data quality and governance, automating workflows, and delivering insightful reporting and forecasting that facilitate confident decision-making. We continually enhance the operational infrastructure that drives our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our revenue engine operates predictably, transparently, and efficiently as we expand.
The role
We seek a Revenue Operations Lead who combines hands-on execution with profound operational rigor, technical problem-solving skills, and commercial insight. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our revenue team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to achieve predictable, efficient, and insight-driven revenue growth.
You will oversee end-to-end RevOps initiatives, including forecasting, reporting, segmentation, tooling, and technical enablement. You will identify and resolve friction in our GTM operations, enabling a streamlined approach to revenue generation.
