About the Role

As a Revenue Operations Associate at EliseAI, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the tech stack for our Commercial organization while spearheading initiatives that drive our scalability.

In this position, you will formulate and implement strategic initiatives, overseeing our software and tools to ensure the Commercial team has the guidance and resources necessary for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and enhance processes for Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.

  • Maintain essential systems across our tech stack and ensure data integrity through multiple integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, IronClad, Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with GTM leaders to identify process gaps, convert requirements into technical solutions, and promote the adoption of new capabilities.

  • Handle Sales requests efficiently.

  • Oversee the creation of complex deal structures through to post-sale booking processes.
