We are seeking a talented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Revenue Planning & Reporting team, based in either Montreal or Toronto. In this role, you will analyze and enhance operational data to facilitate timely and accurate decision-making. If you are passionate about uncovering root causes, identifying patterns, and collaborating across various teams, this is the position for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Gather and interpret requirements, transforming business challenges into structured quantitative analyses.
- Create clear, insightful reports that enhance the reliability, accuracy, clarity, and production time of Go-to-Market reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to extract business insights from analytical outputs, develop business recommendations, and present them compellingly through data stories and visualizations.
- Ensure that existing business processes support data integrity and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Work alongside our corporate data team to design relevant Go-to-Market datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for both operational and strategic initiatives.
- Synthesize findings and distill key messages for core stakeholders.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned, such as the evaluation of new business activities or process changes.
Your Qualifications:
As a member of our global team of five based in North America, the Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting our go-to-market functions.
We are looking for an intermediate-level candidate with the following qualifications:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in driving cross-functional outcomes, ideally with diverse stakeholders like IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for data, with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis and convert it into actionable business insights, along with experience in building tools and dashboards.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
