Join Our Revenue Operations Team!

Evolv Technology is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to become a vital member of our Revenue Operations team. This role will be instrumental in collaborating with various internal teams to drive initiatives focused primarily on enhancing our renewal processes across the go-to-market (GTM) organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in new hire orientation to understand our culture and processes.
  • Gain proficiency in our Salesforce.com and NetSuite platforms.
  • Familiarize yourself with our diverse product offerings and pricing structures.
  • Assist with daily inquiries regarding renewal pricing and quoting support.

30-90 Days Goals:

  • Independently manage and effectively respond to most renewal requests from the GTM organization.
  • Document processes related to renewals, channels, and general operations.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com reports and Jira for daily management and to ensure data integrity.

First Year Objectives:

  • Become a key resource for renewal and operational support within the GTM organization.
  • Analyze data to enhance data quality and pipeline health.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines for critical deals.

Daily Activities:

  • Support processes for ordering, booking, and customer journey for both direct and channel sales.
  • Provide support for Salesforce.com accounts, opportunities, and quotes.
  • Proactively investigate upcoming renewals and prepare pricing workbooks.
  • Maintain asset tracking within internal systems.
  • Monitor key metrics such as revenue retention and churn rates.
  • Manage and process incoming requests for Revenue Operations assistance using Salesforce.com and Jira.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate the Deal Desk process, including economic analysis and timelines.
  • Work with Account Executives to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com through data quality dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and business regulations.
  • Assist in various projects that support business objectives.
