The Role:

As a Retail Stylist at Mejuri, you will play a crucial role in delivering an extraordinary and personalized shopping experience that embodies our commitment to redefining luxury. You will serve as a trusted advisor, connecting our exquisite jewelry pieces with meaningful customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction reflects Mejuri’s dedication to excellence.

Our Stylists foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, empowering customers to make confident choices. By leveraging your expert product knowledge and passion for storytelling, you will assist customers in discovering pieces that resonate with them while driving key performance metrics such as sales and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement:

  • STACK: Lead by example and ensure the quality of the in-store customer experience by training and upholding Mejuri’s Steps of Selling with the team.
  • Services: Promote a positive customer experience and enhance service offerings, including piercing and engraving.
  • KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%<)

Operations:

  • Order Fulfillment: Assist with back-of-house operations to support in-store sales and ensure efficiency.
