Qualifications
Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations to guarantee efficient functioning. Inspire, coach, and lead store staff to achieve high standards of customer service. Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales goals and essential performance metrics. Ensure an outstanding customer experience by professionally addressing inquiries, feedback, and escalations. Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory levels per company guidelines. Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktaking activities. Uphold store policies, procedures, and operational standards. Facilitate staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and essential administrative tasks. Assist in training new employees and onboarding store staff. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols. Requirements:Possession of a Diploma or equivalent qualification; a background in retail or business-related fields is advantageous.2 to 4 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity, ideally within the consumer electronics sector. Demonstrated strong leadership and people management capabilities. A customer-focused mindset with proficient problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales reporting.
