With a robust presence across the nation and exciting growth strategies, Blufox Mobile is at the forefront of delivering high-speed Internet, mobile solutions, home security, video, and voice services to both residential and business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and operational excellence across multiple retail locations within your designated district.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and surpass performance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Store Managers and Sales Associates to achieve sales goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Utilize analytics to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to optimize product positioning, promotional strategies, and customer service excellence.
Team Development:
- Attract, train, and develop Store Managers and Sales Associates.
- Work with the Leadership & Training team to implement effective training and development programs.
- Provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure adherence to cash handling policies, inventory management, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to drive cost efficiency and enhance retail operations.
Customer Experience Focus:
- Promote a customer-centric culture to achieve and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) across all locations.
- Deploy strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
