Retail Account Manager – Time & Materials
Mission:
Drive the sales of resources under Time & Materials (T&M) in key retail accounts, ensuring profitable portfolio growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify IT profile needs in areas such as e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, ERP, WMS/TMS, POS, data & analytics, pricing, and supply chain, coordinating their provision under T&M and leading the full sales cycle (prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closure).
Manage relationships with relevant client areas to uncover business opportunities (IT, Digital, E-commerce, Operations, Marketing, and Purchasing heads).
Coordinate internally with People and Delivery teams to ensure T&M profiles are secured timely and meet client requirements.
Oversee compliance with contractual obligations (SLA, service KPIs, renewals, extensions, penalties) and manage escalations.
Encourage up-selling and cross-selling initiatives with the sales team for other types of services.
Maintain an updated and predictable pipeline, regularly reporting forecasts and sales results.
