The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is pivotal in aligning HR practices with the strategic objectives of Stream Realty Partners. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders to offer insights on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development tailored to specific client groups.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as a strategic consultant to business leaders on HR issues, encompassing workforce strategies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.Collaborate with HR teams, such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development, to execute enterprise programs ensuring their integration within the business.Guide and mentor business leaders on workforce strategies, organizational planning, leadership development, and talent initiatives that align with business goals.Utilize talent and workforce analytics to inform decisions regarding hiring, succession planning, performance, engagement, and skill enhancement.Work with leaders on strategic talent planning, including broker recruitment strategies, operational workforce requirements, and market expansion.Enhance organizational effectiveness by clarifying roles, aligning teams, and managing change in response to evolving business needs.Promote and uphold Stream's culture and values, fostering an environment of high performance, accountability, and employee engagement.Provide sound advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Stream’s standards and legal regulations.Utilize HR processes and analytics to optimize business outcomes.Assist leaders in preparing for HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation reviews, and organizational assessments.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly in real estate-centric markets.Offer occasional onsite HR support for regional offices, with travel requirements of approximately 15%.
