RESIDENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

 

As a Resident Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing leasing and resident satisfaction initiatives while achieving occupancy, retention, and revenue objectives within our community. This position entails executing daily leasing operations and engaging renewal efforts with both prospective and current residents, all while providing outstanding customer service. You will also be instrumental in identifying operational enhancements and contributing innovative solutions while keeping abreast of industry trends.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and enhance social media presence to increase traffic and occupancy rates.
  • Utilize CRM and leasing software to monitor follow-ups and applicant progress.
  • Lead and support the guest service team by providing direction, delegating tasks, and maintaining performance standards to meet occupancy goals.
  • Engage with prospects and residents to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from prospects, residents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction in efforts to maintain the highest retention levels each month.
