Role overview
The Resident Experience Associate acts as the main contact for both prospects and residents at Bozzuto's Columbia, MD community. This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3PM to 11PM. The role centers on making strong first impressions and building lasting relationships. Remembering residents' names, preferences, and even their pets is a key part of daily interactions.
Main responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects, share information about the community and local area, and convert leads into tours.
- Coordinate closely with the leasing team to schedule tours and help achieve occupancy goals.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to questions or concerns from residents and prospects.
- Organize and host events and activities that foster community connections.
- Support resident retention and brand loyalty by ensuring a positive experience in a well-maintained environment.
- Promote the community through social media and encourage residents to share reviews online.
- Maintain organized front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevator schedules.
- Work weekends or evenings as needed for the shift.
- Obtain a leasing license within the first 90 days of employment.
