The position is essential for managing spa diary operations, developing reservations strategies, facilitating guest communication, and optimizing revenue.This role, while primarily administrative and commercial, is deeply focused on crafting seamless guest experiences, including coordinating special celebrations, VIP engagements, and customized wellness itineraries. Additionally, some front-of-house presence at the spa or concierge desk may be required to enhance service delivery and maintain continuity in guest experiences. Key Responsibilities OperationsServe as the main control point for all spa reservations and diary management.Optimize the use of treatment rooms, therapists, and facilities through strategic scheduling.Ensure accuracy and consistency across all booking systems and internal records.Assist Spa Management with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.Design comprehensive spa guest journeys, from the initial inquiry to post-visit follow-up.Coordinate special occasions, VIP visits, and tailored wellness experiences for guests.Anticipate guest preferences and personalize arrangements to surpass expectations.Collaborate with Concierge, Front Office, Events, and Spa teams to ensure impeccable execution.Maximize spa revenue through intelligent diary management, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.Identify opportunities to enhance yield through treatment pairings, add-ons, and retail suggestions.Support promotional activities, seasonal offers, and personalized guest experiences.Manage spa-related email correspondence with a polished, timely, and personalized approach.Review and enhance spa email templates to uphold brand standards and a luxurious tone of voice.Handle complex inquiries, complaints, and guest feedback with discretion and professionalism.Manage group, corporate, and event-related spa bookings from inquiry through to execution.Prepare detailed confirmations, schedules, and itineraries for group and VIP guests.Work closely with Sales and Events teams to ensure service alignment.
