Research
Collaborating with the Head of the School of Science, Technology, and Engineering, the successful candidate will:
• Conduct high-quality research in emerging technologies.
• Collaborate closely with industry partners on significant projects as determined by the Head of School.
• Engage in competitive funding applications as relevant.
• Share research outcomes through seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, adhering to disciplinary norms.
• Where suitable, provide effective co-supervision of research students.
Additional Responsibilities
• Participate in relevant professional development and mentoring opportunities.
• Execute administrative tasks linked to research activities as necessary.
• Exemplify high standards of professionalism in alignment with the University Code of Conduct, Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Head of School and/or the PVC and President.
3. Compliance and Legislative Requirements
• Appointment will be made under the Curtin Singapore Curtin Education Centre contract.
