Qualifications
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, Virology, or a related discipline. Proven experience in handling mammalian cells is essential. Familiarity with nucleic acid delivery techniques such as transfection, nucleofection, and electroporation is advantageous. Knowledge of experimental design and execution, alongside data analysis of in vitro assays assessing nucleic acid functionality (e.g., flow cytometry, ELISA, Incucyte- or confocal-based microscopy, reporter assays) is preferred. A strong drive for laboratory work combined with excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A rigorous attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and skill development.
