Role overview The Research Associate in Service Fulfillment supports custom scientific projects and DNA construct amplification using the eProtein Discovery Platform. What you will do Prepare DNA constructs for cell-free protein expression using PCR techniques. Perform protein purification, quantification, SDS PAGE analysis, and either gel filtration chromatography or Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) analysis. Run experiments with the eProtein Discovery Platform. Follow established SOPs and work instructions to ensure quality standards are met.
