We are currently looking for a Research & Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of a diverse and high-performing team within a large organization while gaining exposure to advanced market research methodologies and the operational mechanisms that drive them.
This is a full-time position working during EST hours.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be an inquisitive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for leveraging data to enhance customer experiences. In this capacity, you will collaborate directly with our clients and lead consulting projects for senior stakeholders. This role presents a unique opportunity to apply your analytical expertise within the Market Research and Customer Experience domain while working alongside global Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing research projects, including vendor management, stakeholder engagement, operational oversight, and ensuring consistency across extensive tracking systems.
Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing data flow from various internal and external sources.
Providing project management and analytical support, including creating detailed project plans, tracking progress, and managing resources to meet objectives within scope, budget, and timelines.
