Job Overview:

The R&D Engineer I/II plays a crucial role in advancing product design and process development, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards. This position emphasizes scientific exploration, encompassing formulation development, prototype fabrication, and process evaluation through designed experiments. The role also involves technology transfer to manufacturing following process development in an R&D environment. Collaboration is a cornerstone of this position, as the engineer will engage with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers. The role promises a dynamic, cross-functional environment that values adaptability and a commitment to innovation as we pursue product and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and analyze experiments aligned with project goals while applying scientific and engineering principles to tackle complex challenges effectively.
  • Develop and execute plans for product/process enhancements and new product/process development.
  • Lead initiatives for material, design, and process modifications, ensuring their successful integration into ongoing projects.
