Job Summary:
As a Renewal Agent, you will oversee client management and retention, ensuring that both new and returning clients receive exemplary service. You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on enhancing customer retention and supporting business development efforts alongside management. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, processing payments, preparing renewals, and conducting proactive client outreach. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in these areas. This position is based in our Sacramento office, where you will play a vital role in strengthening and enriching our client relationships.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales leads and walk-in inquiries.
- Engage with existing clients to foster relationships.
- Underwrite insurance products and prepare renewals tailored to client needs.
- Process payments received via phone, mail, online, or fax.
- Collaborate with carriers to meet customer demands effectively.
- Assist clients with account updates and policy-related inquiries.
- Evaluate and refine internal processes.
- Adapt to additional duties as departmental needs evolve.
