Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a knowledgeable resource in the dynamic senior care industry, ensuring families receive an exceptional experience that aligns with our mission.
Handle inbound, pre-qualified leads from your remote home office, adhering to a structured schedule.
Conduct comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.
Educate families on tailored senior care options, matching them with suitable living communities and home care providers.
Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities after successfully completing a 4-week training program.
Success Metrics:
Your success will be evaluated based on daily production metrics, including inbound calls and outbound follow-ups, ultimately driving referrals and scheduling tours for families. As a Welcome Advisor, you will be the first touchpoint for families, creating a supportive and memorable experience.
