Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports.

  • Assist senior management in strategic planning utilizing financial data.

2. Accounting & Reporting

  • Supervise all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Facilitate audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

3. Cash Flow & Risk Management

  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and optimize financial processes.
  • Identify financial risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and lead finance team members, supporting their professional development.
  • Work in tandem with other departments to achieve financial objectives and ensure compliance.

5. Compliance & Governance

  • Uphold compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
