Visit.org is seeking a Business Development Representative to join the remote team in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. This full-time role operates remotely, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment.
Role overview
This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting prospects to create new business opportunities. As the first point of contact for the sales team, the Business Development Representative shapes initial impressions and helps drive growth. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong discipline, and genuine enthusiasm for Visit.org's mission. Experience in a startup tech setting is valuable.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities to support sales pipeline growth.
- Meet or exceed daily targets for inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and lead nurturing.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to Fortune companies using email, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and social selling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify client needs and coordinate fulfillment activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns.
- Use CRM and marketing tools to track and manage leads.
