The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Proficient in JIRA and Notion. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines while maintaining focus on key objectives. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills for effective work across cross-functional teams. Experience as a PM will be evaluated. Fluent in English (C1/C2). Must be based in Latin America.

In this role, you will engage with both business and technical teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects. We seek a proactive, results-driven individual skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing project backlogs, and ensuring efficient task management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with business and engineering teams to document and analyze business requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage project backlogs, ensuring timely and effective task completion.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust priorities to meet deadlines as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Actively participate in discovery processes to generate valuable documentation for future phases.
