About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive, responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who excels in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth and surpass performance benchmarks consistently.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership and multi-functional teams to engage with qualified leads, assess customer requirements, and develop tailored window treatment solutions, while offering expert advice on industry best practices. Your recommendations will focus on delivering measurable results and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales conversations with U. S.-based prospects.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to evaluate customer needs, design custom window treatments, and provide solutions based on best practices.
  • Own the entire sales process, including CRM pipeline management.
  • Offer expert, consultative guidance on window treatment options and design best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience for clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including conversion rates, activity volume, and revenue targets.
