Position Overview:
As a Reliability Field Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our Operational Readiness team, collaborating to optimize maintenance and asset management practices for our clients. This position is perfect for those who thrive on hands-on experiences and seek to build a robust foundation in maintenance and reliability skillsets.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
Conduct field assessments of systems and processes to gather or validate baseline equipment specifications.
Enhance and input equipment and engineering specifications into our databases to maintain standardized records.
Engage with equipment manufacturers and vendors to generate tailored parts lists.
Analyze maintenance data, engineering diagrams, technical manuals, and documentation to communicate reliability insights and recommendations.
Prepare Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sheets for systems and equipment.
Execute quality control measures to guarantee that accurate and relevant data is provided to customers.
 
Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Science field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in process engineering, maintenance and reliability, or operational excellence practices including Lean Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Proficient in reading Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Skilled in identifying industrial equipment and documenting data in spreadsheets.
Capable of managing tasks amidst frequent interruptions and distractions.
Detail-oriented and able to ensure all processes are completed accurately.
Proficient in using computer tablets and PC software.
Effective in collaborating with others through various communication channels.
 
Additional Requirements:
Exceptional proficiency in both oral and written English.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
Availability for paid overtime shifts.
Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
