What You Will Be Doing
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets, directly contributing to the overall business objectives of RAKBANK.
- Remain updated on competitor product offerings and provide insights for enhancing current processes.
- Deliver timely updates to the Relationship Manager regarding business targets and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with all service standards established by Protego/Bank, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct the sale of insurance products with a strong commitment to integrity, transparency, and good faith.
- Process all customer requests promptly and accurately within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain a zero-error standard in sales and service delivery to meet quality benchmarks.
- Actively seek cross-selling opportunities within the existing Protego customer base.
- Achieve renewal conversion rates in line with business objectives.
What You Should Have
- Familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks, policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to contributing to business continuity.
