Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers to provide timely and insightful feedback that drives business objectives.
- Engage in sales with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, ensuring transparency in all customer interactions.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, guaranteeing resolution within established turnaround times (TATs).
- Prepare and submit accurate applications, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate in all documentation.
- Facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of applications.
- Comply with HR policies, organizational standards, and the professional Code of Conduct.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as specified in operational guidelines.
- Effectively manage individual claw backs, ensuring they align with the organization’s financial targets for the fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of banking and insurance products, including RAK Bank offerings and those of competing institutions.
- Strong sales and service orientation.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities across various banking divisions for Bancassurance products.
- Experience in managing and overseeing Point of Sales loans and Business loans.
- Collaborate with external agencies such as Network International.
