Your Role and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers to provide insightful feedback that aligns with our business objectives.
- Engage in sales activities with integrity and professionalism, ensuring transparency in all customer interactions.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and requests, guaranteeing resolution within defined turnaround times (TATs).
- Prepare and submit applications with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of applications.
- Comply strictly with HR policies, organizational guidelines, and the professional Code of Conduct.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as specified in operational protocols.
- Proactively minimize individual clawbacks, ensuring they remain within the company’s targets for the financial year.
Qualifications for Success
- Solid understanding of banking and insurance products, particularly those offered by RAK Bank and competitor banks.
- Sales and service-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at identifying cross-sell opportunities within other business divisions for Bancassurance products.
- Experience in managing Point of Sales loans and Business loans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies, such as Network International.
