Qualifications

Qualifications3 to 8 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional or crypto financial services. Proven track record in increasing AUM and managing sophisticated accounts for private clients or family offices. In-depth understanding of financial markets and investment products; familiarity with digital assets is essential. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch, client-centric service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and proactive in recognizing solutions and opportunities. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.

Position Overview

We are expanding our market-leading custody, 24/7 OTC, and yield solutions into the private wealth sector, and we are seeking high-performing Relationship Managers to spearhead this initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and private wealth channels, driving growth in Assets Under Management (AUM), trading volume, and product engagement.
  • Expand partnerships with relevant distribution channels and intermediaries to enhance AUM growth.
  • Conduct prospect and client meetings, effectively communicating Hex Trust’s value proposition and gathering feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client relationships.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and continuous relationship management collaborating with compliance, legal, and operations teams.
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service—establishing Hex Trust as the premier partner for private clients and family offices in the digital asset space.
