Qualifications3–8 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional/crypto financial services. Proven track record of enhancing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts. In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with a strong familiarity in digital assets. Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch, client-first service in a challenging environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and proactive in identifying innovative solutions and opportunities. Fluent in English and Arabic is required.

Position Overview

Hex Trust is expanding its market-leading custody and yield solutions to the private wealth segment and is actively seeking exceptional Relationship Managers to spearhead this growth initiative.

If you possess a robust background in sales within digital assets or financial services, this is your opportunity to drive client acquisition and revenue in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and tenacious individuals who can operate independently, forge strong relationships, and elevate our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), family offices, and private wealth channels, contributing to increased assets under management (AUM), trading volume, and product adoption.
  • Enhance and expand partnerships with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further accelerate AUM growth.
  • Lead prospect and client meetings, articulating Hex Trust’s unique value proposition and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to deepen client engagement.
  • Manage seamless onboarding and ongoing relationship management in collaboration with compliance, legal, and operations teams.
  • Deliver exemplary, white-glove service to position Hex Trust as the most trusted partner for private clients and family offices in the digital asset space.
