Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current ACLS certification. Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as required. Strong focus on patient care and experience. Ability to excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Authorization to work full-time in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a plastic surgery office is highly desirable. Proven ability to identify and resolve problems creatively. Additional certifications or training in relevant fields is a plus.

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital member of our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring each patient's experience is positive and enjoyable. Strong communication skills are essential as you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals. This full-time role is situated in one of our state-of-the-art clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Exhibit clinical proficiency as an RN, including administering medications, establishing sterile fields, and sterilizing equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with medical teams regarding clinical and surgical schedules to streamline patient care.
  • Accurately document clinical and surgical notes in patient charts.
  • Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance physician patient retention through exemplary care and service.
  • Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as directed by Clinical Leadership.
