Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current ACLS certification. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary. Strong emphasis on patient care and experience. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Authorization to work full-time in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a plastic surgery setting is highly desirable. Capability to identify and resolve issues creatively. Multilingual skills are a plus.

Overview

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our dedicated team. Our ideal candidate embodies a passion for patient care and is committed to delivering a positive and memorable experience for our patients. Strong communication skills are crucial in our collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position located at one of our esteemed clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Exhibit clinical competence as an RN, including administering medications, establishing a sterile field, and sterilizing medical equipment.
  • Effectively communicate with other healthcare providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Accurately document clinical and surgical notes in patient charts.
  • Provide the highest standard of patient care and service consistently.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance physician’s patient retention by delivering outstanding patient care and experience.
  • Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.
