In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Using evidence-based strategies, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential. Ideal candidates will possess patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed, even if you are new to the field. This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
