To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Strong patience, compassion, and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the last year) Must clear a pre-employment background check Physical capability to perform various movements (sit, squat, bend, etc.) Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Using evidence-based strategies, you will help teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.

We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential. Ideal candidates will possess patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed, even if you are new to the field. This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
