Regional Team Leader

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Team Leader, where you will oversee one of our four Operational circuit teams. Your mission will be to ensure we meet our service level agreements while optimizing our resource allocation for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client’s operational facilities are fully utilized and supported, and that our Operations team is performing at its best. Your focus will be on evaluating current practices and implementing continuous improvements for enhanced performance.

Main Responsibilities

As a Regional Team Leader, you will be an integral part of the Operations Management Team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Core Duties:

  • Ensure your regional team is adequately resourced, structured, and led to consistently meet service level expectations.
  • Provide clear objectives, guidance, and support for all team members, ensuring effective performance management including annual reviews.
  • Monitor and enhance processes and policies to align with client goals while implementing departmental protocols to maximize productivity. Collaborate with Performance Management and Continuous Improvement teams.
  • Work closely with operational colleagues to optimize resource planning, focusing on the capabilities of our Driver resources and collaborating with the Compliance team on driver development.
  • Offer daily leadership to your regional team, ensuring the highest levels of effectiveness, efficiency, and coordination in service delivery.
  • Partner with operational management to guarantee the Regional Teams meet their objectives, receiving the necessary assessments to agreed quality standards and timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in communication with both internal and external customers.
