Phasor Engineering LLC is actively looking for a dedicated and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in the southern United States. This is a permanent opportunity aimed at bolstering our expanding operations in this region. With numerous significant projects underway in the western United States, we are strategically positioned for continued growth and require additional Land Surveyors to assist with current and future initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess valid licensure in Texas and Louisiana and must be open to obtaining licenses in other states, with all associated costs covered by Phasor. We are open to discussing work-from-home or hybrid work arrangements with qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring effective communication protocols are established, which includes:
- Identifying clients or Phasor stakeholders and decision-makers
- Managing changes effectively
- Creating efficient information dissemination routes
- Implementing systematic processes for project data and reporting
- Manage project financials by establishing cost controls and conducting periodic risk assessments.
- Collaborate with Phasor team members to comprehend all project requirements, including scheduling, costs, technical, and logistical concerns.
- Supervise subcontractors engaged in Geomatics work on projects.
- Coordinate shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization needs for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants unless delegated to a Field Coordinator.
- Engage in division-level meetings to manage crew allocation across projects.
- Conduct general business development activities within the Southern region of the U. S.
Previous experience with transmission lines will be considered an asset.
