About the RoleAs the Regional Sales Manager for the UK based in London, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team of Mid-Market sales professionals aimed at surpassing their revenue targets. The Mid-Market team engages with accounts having up to 2,000 employees in the London area. Our Account Executives are tasked with maintaining high activity levels through daily prospecting, pipeline development, qualification of prospects, and meeting defined monthly and quarterly sales objectives. What You'll DoLead and develop a team of 7-8 direct reports in the London region. Coach and inspire your team through pipeline reviews, daily and weekly management, forecasts, and closing deals to meet individual and team quotas. Collaborate closely to achieve revenue and new client acquisition goals. Learn and effectively demonstrate Verkada's complete product suite. Coordinate across departments to prioritize and optimize resources among sales, marketing, product, and operations. Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changes, and positively influence team performance. Utilize strategic problem-solving and project management skills to proactively identify challenges and implement scalable solutions. Provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Recruit, train, and lead a team of talented sales professionals.
