Key Responsibilities:Enhance and drive the sales pipeline throughout the region. Lead strategic account planning and ensure flawless execution of tactics. Direct the planning and execution of regional marketing and sales initiatives. Maintain reporting systems to contribute to business reviews and meetings. Qualifications:Minimum of three years in sales team management with at least five years of direct sales experience in a MEDDICC framework. Demonstrated success in sales and sales management with a proven track record of surpassing targets. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
