You Will:Lead the Nordic & Netherlands Sales team to surpass quarterly and annual sales targets. Act as both a player and coach in executing a complex, solution-oriented sales process involving various stakeholders within Nordic/Benelux region accounts. Play a pivotal role in generating new business by guiding account executives in developing and executing account strategies. Facilitate engagement with Smartsheet senior executives in key accounts. Execute comprehensive sales management tasks, including account planning and employing effective sales methodologies. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify and secure software and professional services deals within Global 2000 accounts. Proactively identify and tackle challenges to accelerate growth in the EMEA sales region. Accurately forecast and deliver sales results through precise sales forecasting. Utilize core company applications such as Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, Tableau, LinkedIn, and DiscoverOrg to manage business effectively. Perform additional tasks as assigned. You Have:A demonstrated history of successfully leading Strategic SaaS sales teams to exceed quotas through acquiring new business and driving significant growth within Global 2000 accounts. Experience in building and expanding markets in the Nordic and Netherlands regions, both directly and through partnerships.

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Nordic & Netherlands who will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a dynamic team of up to eight Account Executives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and enhancing customer portfolios. We are searching for a skilled leader with experience in market development through both direct sales and partnerships in the region.

This position reports to the RVP of EMEA Sales and is based at Smartsheet's London office (Hybrid eligible).
