About the Role...
The Regional Partner Manager will spearhead all partner-related initiatives in India, driving the strategic execution of our partner plan to align with the broader regional objectives. This role involves managing a select group of Focus Partners while also supporting a variety of distribution and general partners to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan that aligns with the Sales Go-To-Market strategy, incorporating the recruitment of new partners and engagement with regionally relevant Strategic, GSI, Technology, Service, and CSP Partners, as well as Solution Providers.
- Facilitate partner lead generation through numerous activities including account mapping, AE introductions, and participation in joint marketing events and outreach initiatives.
- Drive partner sales by ensuring alignment with Account Executives, managing deal registrations, opportunity management, and reporting forecasts.
- Oversee partner marketing efforts by managing MDF requests, leveraging CIB with partners, and following up on leads in collaboration with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams.
- Enable partners through scheduling and conducting training sessions, driving completion of required online courses, and educating partners on specific value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage partner programs by developing and overseeing business plans, ensuring partners understand the program requirements and compliance.
