Ensure optimal branch performance by managing operations to enhance the financial success of each branch office. Oversee that branches within your region successfully perform safety and property audits on a monthly basis. Assist with logistical management for your region's branches as necessary. Track and analyze performance metrics, including equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction. Support purchase order and requisition processing as required. Facilitate vendor management and onboarding processes as needed. Identify conflict areas and opportunities for improvement across the district, implementing suitable solutions. Set clear and achievable goals with well-defined expectations for your team members. Promote a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to and enforcing established standards and legal regulations.
