Position: Regional Facilities Manager

As a pivotal member of our team, the Regional Facilities Manager will oversee the management of facilities across various locations within the assigned region. We are seeking a candidate with a robust background in facilities management, a strategic approach, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to ensure exceptional operational performance and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate curb appeal, maintenance projects, productivity, inventory management, compliance with policies, and completion of quarterly community standards inspections.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams and the Regional Manager to promptly address any deficiencies identified during inspections.
  • Implement and enforce community environmental safety programs including Asbestos, LBP, and Mold response policies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and execute emergency response plans to address potential crises and ensure business continuity.
  • Assess training needs and partner with the Learning & Development team to enhance the operational efficiency of maintenance staff.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate maintenance team performance and collaborate with site managers for performance improvements.
  • Support the implementation of compliance programs at the site level, including Predictive and Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Preparedness, and Preferred Vendor Programs.
  • Assist the Regional Manager and Director of Facilities in the annual capital budgeting process.
  • Aid in the development of project scopes, conduct bid analyses, and oversee project management for capital projects to ensure budget adherence and timely completion.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
  • Exhibit a consistent sense of urgency and inspire urgency within the maintenance team and contractors.
